“HAWAII HONEYMOON”
We originally were supposed to go to Hawaii in 2020, and then again in 2021, but Covid had other plans for us. Denise was fantastic at working with us to make sure it would happen, and still be the trip of our dreams. We just came back from our honeymoon, and it was hands down, the best two weeks of our lives.
Denise worked with us to understand our priorities for the trip, helped us figure out what we wanted, and then perfectly selected the best hotels and excursions to create our dream honeymoon.
Her recommendations allowed us to experience the best Hawaii could offer!

“MAGICAL IRELAND ITINERARY!”
I wanted to surprise my husband with a trip to Ireland to connect with his heritage and relatives and Denise delivered an itinerary that was beyond my expectations. She arranged fantastic tours and beautiful accommodations all over the southern half of Ireland, while also ensuring we had time to explore on our own. Despite the uncertainties of pandemic travel, Denise was so thorough – we knew exactly what to expect, what paperwork was needed, and felt very safe and well prepared the entire time. Denise has planned several trips for us in the past and I now can’t imagine taking a trip without her expertise and thoughtful planning – there is simply no better way to travel!

“Denise recommended a small boutique hotel in Paris that we had never heard of, and it was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I were on a no-kids trip and this was the perfect small, romantic hotel with first class service. My wife cannot eat gluten, and Denise notified the concierge in advance, who provided a list of restaurants that could accommodate her dietary needs. Denise even arranged to have gluten-free bread along with the complimentary cheese plate! We had such a great time and would recommend Denise to anyone, she’s super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!”

Denise/Luxury Travel Adventures designed a delightful trip for us through Portugal (Lisbon and the Algarve) and Spain (Sevilla, Ronda and Barcelona). Our guides and drivers were timely, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. We enjoyed local foods, culture, and outdoor activities while learning the history of these very different—yet historically similar—cities. The hotels were luxurious, well-located and provided excellent service as well as comforts for relaxing and rewinding.

A year ago we gave her a list of things we wanted to see and do in Africa and a budget and she made it all happen and then some! Our accommodations were top notch, no detail was spared and she had a few surprises planned along the way. The tour guides were fantastic and the safari lodges were nothing I could have imagined existed. If anyone is thinking of planning a trip of this magnitude we highly recommend Denise to help you with your planning. “When planning a 15-day trip to Italy for my husband and I, I wanted expert advice and help. Denise at Luxury Travel delivered that and so much more. She discussed different cost levels with us, gave us different options and then helped us put together the most amazing trip. We spent 6 incredible days in Rome planned completely by Denise. She really knew Rome and arranged our stay in a wonderful hotel in a prime location, private tours of the Vatican and Ancient Rome, a side trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, as well as suggestions for places to eat and other sights to see on our own. She also arranged, at our request, a small group Tauck tour which took us to Florence, Siena, Cinque Terre, etc. We had a wonderful vacation. We would most definitely use Denise again”.

“Denise helped us plan and book the honeymoon of our dreams and she was incredible from start to finish. She was impressively thorough, very patient with all of our questions and quite literally thought of every detail. All of our tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the hotels/resorts were top notch and we received exceptional service. We were congratulated on our honeymoon and each hotel added very sweet touches to our stay (wine, champagne, chocolate, flower petals on our bed, etc). We felt like royalty and were continually impressed at each stop, especially at the perks that we were afforded by her strong relationship with the travel vendors. Despite our complicated itinerary (8 flights and 3 destinations), everything was seamless and we had no problems at any point during our two weeks of travel. “Paris and Normandy were on our bucket list, and Denise created the perfect vacation. We spent 4 fun packed days exploring Paris, with Denise arranging just enough tours to give us as base, but plenty of time to explore this beautiful “city of lights” on our own. After a few days in Paris, we embarked on an AMA River Cruise that had wonderful stops in cities along the Seine on the way to Normandy and a memorable experience. Thanks for a wonderful trip. “The trip was fantastic – everything went well. The cooking class: I absolutely loved this. It was a fantastic experience. It is exactly the kind of foodie experience that we love. The food was great and it was fun that we helped prepare a lot of it. There was a group of about 12 of us and we really enjoyed meeting the other people. We talked all through the cooking as well as lunch. This was one of my favorite experiences during the trip. It was such a wonderful time and given how rare it will be to have this kind of time together until the boys get older it was just perfect! Thanks for all your help!”

“I have traveled around the world, 3rd world etc., but even I felt planning the kind of extensive African adventure I wanted for our group (2 adult females and my 2 teenagers) was beyond my capability. Which country? What time of year? Where exactly to stay? What should we see? We told Denise our priorities (variety of game experiences and lots of wildlife, def Botswana, Vic Falls) and she gave us options at different pricing tiers and worked with us to create the perfect…ly magical 3+ week journey. We saw EVERYTHING — lionesses and cubs, wild cheetah, leopards, scores of elephant and zebra families, white rhinos, and even 2 crossings of the wildebeests and zebras on the Mara river. Denise was ALWAYS available to us to answer any questions or help us through unexpected itinerary changes (even though she was traveling herself to Dubai) and she had every last detail whipped into shape in no time. In a country (like India) where travel can be sketchy, Denise had all our ducks in a row and we felt safe and cared for throughout both by her communication with us and the friendly, courteous guides hired. Needless to say we also stayed in some of the most beautiful places in the world, and the African hospitality was fantastic. My 17-year old daughter says “best vacation ever Mom” and my 14-year old says “the nicest people live in Africa.” Doesn’t get much better than that. I will definitely travel with Denise and Luxury Travel Adventures again and highly recommend it to all. Now if I could only get through the 2000+ amazing pictures I took…”
